Hello! I have bought Dell laptop. I got it few days ago and I am already facing problem with it. I have tried to contact technical support, but they do not answer on my e-mails. So, I hope that you will be able to help me with this. Namely, my new notebook is overheating and I do not know why. Please, help me with this.

Hello! I suggest you to access BIOS and there change settings regarding temperature. I think that it would be the best if you configure temperature settings: if processor temperature is over 70 degrees C, then your laptop should turn off. I assume that these is configured now on smaller amount and that is why you face overheating problem.
