| Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional Service Pack two installed operating system. I am beginner in usage of this operating system and I hope that you will help me. Namely, my computer won’t let me do anything: I cannot delete files, open them, open some applications – nothing. Is it infected? |

| Hello! First of all, check if you have logged with administrative account or as limited user. If you are logged as administrator on your system, then could be that your system is infected. You will need to perform deep scan of your Windows XP Professional installed operating system. If your system is clear, then test hardware. |
