I did something wrong. I had HIS Excalibur Raden 9550. I heard that card uses the same chip as the ATI 9600 PRO or XT, so I tried to flash the card, and I was thinking that I made success. Bios detects the old card as the new one. But, now I cannot boot even into a safe mode. No matter what I try, my Windows just restarts. Is this regular after the flashing? What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Sometimes yes. With the certain models of Gr. Cards, you need to perform new clean install of Windows. But keep in mind that you can very easily destroy your card in that way. There is no recovery when you flash the card with the wrong video bios. Format your C drive, and perform the install of Windows. But, before that try other graphic card, so youll know what you did. You will know are you going to put your hands in your pocket to pull out some money for new graphic adapter or not if the other card does not change anything. Sound pretty bad, right?
