My PC problems are like rollercoaster

Hello! I have a serious problem with my computer. Sometimes I think that my problems are like rollercoaster! When I am on the internet my dvd rw and cd rom opens and close, some of my word documents are deleted and some new are wrote I really do not have idea what is going on! Have you any suggestion?

Hello! I am sorry, but I have to tell you that you have some malicious software installed on your computer. I would say that is some Trojan horse, because you have problems when you are on the internet. I suggest you to scan your computer with some antitrojan program, also, scan with antivirus and antispyware, too.
