Hello there. I am addicted to music more than anyone else on this planet I think. And I am also addicted to music sharing. I was used to upload and download all of those mp3’s with Kazaa and Limewire, but that was really bad experience. I had several infection sessions, and only new clean install was the right solution. Now, over the soul seek, I have no problems anymore, but I still am a little bit afraid. How to ensure my self regarding music files which are travelling trough peers I often use? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Music file is just a file as any other, so it can be infected on one way or another. Anyway, I am really glad that you have discovered SoulSeek, and that you thrown away all those p2p sharing programs. These two are really nasty. Well, one logical way is to get some internet antivirus monitoring software, with alarming capabilities only. If something unwanted is coming, at least you can stop that transfer. But, just for you to know, there is no such strong security application which will allow you to completely control the transfer and make your self focused on something else. Continue using SoulSeek, and return to those previous habits never again.
