| Hello! I have downloaded and installed MusicMatch Jubox. But, I have a problem. Namely, I have bought key and I do not want run free version, but commercial one. So, when I try to go you the internet with MusucMatch, it just cannot connect to the internet. Have you any suggestion regarding this? Thanks! |

| Hello! I think that you should check if you have installed some firewall. Because, if you have, you will need to disable it until you connect to the internet and register this product. But if that it is not your case (you have not firewall), then you will need to reinstall this software. According MusucMatch technical support, reinstalling helps. |
