Hello. My drawing artist team has got one printer and several (six) computers at our office. The computers are all working well as network too, we can browse files chat with our selves trough messaging subsystem, but we dont know how to set our printer as available and default for everyone. Is that complicated to do? If it isnt, pleas provide some help. Thanks.

I do hope that your computers do have XP installed. It is very simple. Pick up the computer on which the printer will be attached, if it isnt already. Than go to the printers and faxes folder on the particular machine and select the printer for sharing with one simple right-click on the icon. After that, you are going to repeat the same procedure for the 6 times. And that goes like this: open the printers and faxes icon from the control panel on all other machines. Click on the add printer wizard from the left side and just select network printer option. Windows will than try to find any available printers over the network automatically. If you have just one printer as you said so, than there should be no problems at all. Thats it.
