| There are few reasons for your problem. It could be an error in the process of downloading. In that case, your automatic update file is damaged. Therefore, you should try to download it once again from the Microsoft site and than try to reinstall it. Second, you should check do you have a proper version of Windows installed on your computer. Your version of update could be for some other version of operating system or OE. In that case, you have to find and manually download a proper version of updates. Third reason for your problem could be that your program may need SP2 or some special add-ons. Also, do some anti-virus check of your machine. |
