Hello. I have faced several time virus infections. I am using AVG free antivirus software. I am searching now for more secure way to stop viruses. That is why I am contacting you. I mean, can you give me some useful advice on this? My friend told me that you have helped him many times and I hope you will help me too. Thanks.

Hello. First of all, you can try with some commercial version of antivirus (e.g. Norton, Avast!, NOD32, etc). Second of all, do not visit risk websites and do not open unknown e-mail messages. Also, if you have not installed personal firewall – install one (e.g. Zone Alarm). Scan often your system.
