| When I bought a new computer last month, I also bought a new LG monitor with it. From the beginning, I was experiencing some problems with that monitor. It has a blurry screen. When I call the store and told them about that, they told me to do degauss. I don't know what to do. |

| There are few things that could cause your problem. Degaussing could be done from the monitor built-in system menu. If that won't help you after the first usage, you should not try it again because repeat usage of that function could damage your monitor. You should also try to see the picture on some other LG monitor. Maybe that is its normal picture. Next thing, you should try is to move your speakers further from the monitor. If that also won't help, try to reinstall your video card drivers. Also, try to check the picture on your monitor in other resolution. At last, try to check your monitor on some other PC. If nothing of that helps, your monitor is probably faulty and you should take it back to the store where you bought it. |
