Monitor slightly flashes?

Hello! I have a problem with my monitor. I have Belinea CRT 19 monitor and since few days ago it slightly flashes. First I thought that I have problem with my graphic card, but regarding the fact that I have bought it month ago, my friend told me that it is not a case. Do you know what could be cause? Thanks!

Hello! I suggest you to try to attach other monitor to your computer. If you still have same problem, then could be that is something wrong with your graphic card or cable. Then, try to change cable, too, and you will know what the cause is. But, if your problems vanish when you replace monitor, I think that you will need new monitor.
