Monitor Stuck in Standby mode

I have one enormous problem. My Monitor Stuck in Standby mode. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how serious this thing is. But I suppose that it is very serious. It looks like big problem. But I am no expert. So I need advice, from someone who had similar problems. I have Samsung SyncMaster 957MB.

I had the similar problem. I had that exact monitor. But it happened only 2 or 3 times. I still don’t know why. I even try turning it off, and then turning it on. But it acts the same. The led light is blinking very fast and not normal. I was scared. But I noticed tat this thing happens when monitor is on too long. After that I have to restart computer manually. I know that it is not a good thing for a computer. But in this case it is the only thing that you can do. I don’t know how often this thing happens to you. But it is maybe better to call expert. He/she will find problem very fast, I am sure in that. But don’t worry.There is a solution for everything.
