| Hi there. So far, the most of us, regular users were convinced that it is not easy job to modify the boot sequence for the Mac. But, I have read some stuff about and I have realized that it is actually quite easy to do that. I want to know what can I get by doing that, what kind of additional options? Thanks in advance. |

| Hello. Consider that modifying the boot sequence on the OS X system is risky thing to do, as one mistake is going to lead you literally nowhere and probably you will have no choice but to reinstall the operating system completely. But, if you were thinking about shortcuts while your Mac is booting, that’s the other thing and it is easy for everyone to do. Hold the command key while booting, and you will turn the virtual memory off, until next restart. Hold the spacebar, and that will launch Apple’s extension manager. Hold shift and that will launch OS without extensions. The last tweak is useful if you have some conflicts and you want to troubleshoot them. |
