| I need some help from you guys, if you can. I have a problem with my PC that I can not seem to handle myself. MY modem seems properly installed, and it dials the connection right, and it shows as if it connected, but there is no Internet. Do you know what may be the problem? Many thanks in advance |

| Hey there. I do not know what the problem may be. Maybe you did not enter the correct number, so the system is dialing the number you have entered and there is no server to connect to? Is that even possible? I have no clue or, maybe some virus has attacked your system and is stopping it from connecting to the Internet? I think you should also check your security settings in your browser and also in your firewall if you have one. If your security level is too high, it may be the reason why you can not open the websites or something similar. I do not know if I was of any help to you. |
