Hello! Well I am looking for one RAM advice here if that is not a problem for you PC experts? I have 256Ram and I am looking for some other for upgrading because this is a slow one as we all. But right now I am wondering could I mix RAM brands or should I look for the same. Problem is I am not sure I could even find this one, being an oldie, heh. So what you think?

Hi! I think people are having different opinions about mixing; usually I was always advised not to make pop art out of my system configuration, and to try to follow the rules of combining. In general what everyone is saying is that you should add the same size on the one you already have, because in general if you are mixing RAM with different speed it will always run slower one. How it functions with dual channels I honestly am not sure. Maybe you should give me specs what you are planning to mix and what components you have in your PC case.
