| As far as I know, that can be caused with many different reasons. Maybe the silliest reason is keyboard cable. I know that sounds impossible, but that can really be one of the reasons. You should also try to restart your system to some earlier date. Maybe you installed or uninstalled some program that corrupted or deleted this file, or some other file. In that case, you should try to find what file is corrupted and then try to repair it. You should also run chkdsk, to look for some irregularities on your computer. I hope that I helped you to narrow down places where you can look for the cause of your problem. |
