Microsoft said it is informed and believes that Levon Gasparian, the Arion Corp, Alexei Borisov and others opened websites selling "Elimiiware V3.7". The defendants are alleged to have said on the websites that "nine in 10 PCs are affected by spyware" and that caused identity theft, pop up ads, adult e-mails and frequent system crashes. |
