Microsoft Word (Envelopes and Labels) Address Book

I'd like to write some greeting cards in word including envelopes but I don't know how to open the address book in 'envelopes and labels' section. I keeps on showing me some confusing message - as far as I understand it I have to import MS Outlook's address book but I don't know where or how am I supposed to do that. I would really appreciate some help ASAP. Thanks in advance.

First of all, I think you should've posted what exactly does that confusing message say - maybe someone would be able to understand what's it about.
