Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with SP2 installed. I have some troubles with my few devices, so, I have accessed Microsoft Windows XP Help and Support just to find manufacturers and models of these devices, but I have not found devices at all. I got information that they are does not exist.

Hello! Because of this is recommended to use Everest or some other program for hardware identification. Option in Microsoft Windows XP Help and Support will show that your device is missing if its drivers are missing or corrupted, while Everest will show you device and tell you what the problem with it is.
