I am extensively using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I many information are stored in my profile. I know that limit for .pst file in earlier versions of Outlook was 2GB (believe or not, I have reached that maximum) and one of the main reasons I have switched to newer version of Outlook is that I heard about improvements on this field. Can you tell me what the size limit for .pst file in Outlook 2003 is?
Congratulations! I have never heard that somebody has reached .pst file size limit. You are obviously using Outlook to its max and you did a good job switching to a newer version. In the Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 .pst file size limit is 20GB which is more then enough. Limitations of the former versions were products of file format. Previous .pst files were in ANSI format nad these , newer ones are in UNICODE.
