Well, I’ll try to give you some info on it even though you certainly might have googled it yourself – you’d get tons of sites with various info and even some online courses. The MCSE program is the most popular of a set of training programs that Microsoft calls the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Microsoft Certification System Engineer is someone who has passed the exams about the Microsoft Windows NT operating system, related desktop systems, networking, and Microsoft's BackOffice server products. There is a course that prepares you for the exams and I think that you need no previous knowledge at all. As far as I know, gaining a MCSE certificate is not easy at all and requires a lot of hard work. If you want more info, try googling it, as I mentioned above.
