Messenger sign in trouble

Hello! I have some problem here. My computer is Intel P4 2.0Ghz machine. I am using Windows XP SP1 OS. The problem is next. When I want to use MSN messenger there is a trouble with sign in. I really don’t know how to sign in because there is some error. It is disabled access. Does anybody have some solution? Thanks for your help or advice.

Hi! So, you have a problem with messenger sign in. I don’t know how to help you but I will try. Maybe I can suggest you something. There is a troubleshoot options. You can open it and there you will see. All connectivity must work if you want to use it. If something fails, you are not available to sign in. So, use the troubleshoot options.
