I agree that Messenger Plus offers some good ad-ons, but any would-be users would need to caution against installing it along with its sponsor. The sponsor spreads several malware infections to your computer. Fortunately you can choose not to install it when you are installing Messenger Plus.

If you have already installed Messenger Plus along with its sponsor, then uninstall, before reinstalling – without the sponsor.
