Hello there. I have ASUS K8V-VM 754 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and I am planing to buy OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) RAM module. I would like to ask if I am going to have some issues with memory voltage with this RAM on this motherboard.

Hello there. PC 3200 RAM modules have 2,6V voltage and this is default for this memory type. According to specification your ASUS K8V-VM motherboard supports this type of memory modules so you will not have any issues. If motherboard can not detect proper voltage settings you can change them manually in BIOS. Do not worry, nothing will be fried if this happens.
