I didn’t have problem with physical memory but know enough to tell you that you don’t fix ram modules. You just buy another one if the one you use is corrupted. Now, I guess you need to be sure that your ram module is corrupted before you throw it away (although it is the most probably corrupted as a system is reporting a problem). There are some programs for ram testing, I remember that I used one, think it was Gold Memory Tester or something like that. Just search internet, there must be more.
