Hello there folks. I am about to send one email over 300 people. Well, around 300 people. I am in a some sort of multi-level marketing business, and I must inform these people about new tasks and meetings for sure. But, what I don’t want to do is to type the same message for 300 times. That would be a suicide. How to do this? Thanks in advance.

Well, you have plenty of options I guess. Try with clicking on several contacts in your address book (hold ctrl+l.click) and then choose to send email on these. If you don’t get several new email message windows, than it is ok. You have found the way. Or you can create the distribution list. Click on the arrow next to the contacts and add all recipient’s contacts. I think that all contacts are automatically added, right after arrow clicking.
