Mapi spooler problem in Outlook 2000

Hi there! I am having trouble with Outlook 2000. It just wont send and receive any mails! I have tried everything, from going to the options and the account to try to fix this but nothing helped! When I click on the send button it says The MAPI spooler has already begun transmitting this message.The I wait to see what will happen, but again nothing! It just stands there and no signs of any progress! Can you help me with this?

Hi there! Lets seeTry doing something with your firewall. I have heard that this problem fades with settings of the firewall. This Outlook you are using is very lame program! I mean you wont have any similar problems if you use Outlook Express. I say this because every second user of Outlook has a problem with it. I suggest you try out using simple OE.
