I am a newbie and I want kindly ask you for help. Namely, I got mandrake 9.0 linux distribution and I want to install it and learn it on my computer. Could you tell me a little bit more about installation wizard? Is it too complicating for usage? Could I do that?

Boot installation cd and follow instructions. First thing that would be appear is selecting language, and then keyboard type, after that mouse type and then installation type. When you have made these choices, next step is making partitions After mentioned step, disk setup, then boot loader, network and firewall configuration (if you dont have a network, just click next), additional language support, timezone, root pass, authentication configuration and package selection (this may take you a some time).
