Hello, Gerry! Off course I will help you! You can find plenty of this kind of programs. Some of really useful and reliable this kind of programs are: Delayed Shutdown, ActiveExit XP, PC Auto Shutdown, PowrClik Suite, Super Fast Shutdown, etc. I am using Super Fast Shutdown and I can tell you that I am very pleased.
