| I have a huge problem. I have some serious malware on my XP and I really do not have any idea how I can get rid it. I have even tried system restore, but it was not helpful. Maybe I am paranoid, but I really need urgent help. Please, tell me what I would need from programs andd how to clean system completely! Thank you in advance! |

| Hello! You will need CCleaner, SpyBot Search & Destroy, AVG antispyware. When you install these programs, boot system in safe mode. Also, close all browsers and disconnect completely connection with internet. First run CCleaner, after it SpyBot and at the end AVG. When you clean your system, reboot it and load normal mode. Go to system restore and disable it reboot system enable system restore. You need this because some malware can hide itself in system restore, so, there is possibility of constant coming back. |
