I have to write several hundred address labels on letters that we will post to our business partners. I have their names and addresses in a word as a list. I was hoping that I can make address labels with Word using data I have and to avoid writing so many addresses by hand. Can this be done?

Fortunately for you, making address labels with Word is possible. Select name and address and press CTRL + C to copy it. Click Tools on main menu and then Letters and Mailings – Envelopes and Labels… New window will appear. Click Labels tab and paste name and address with CTRL + V. You can create a new document with these labels or to integrate it in existing document.
