| I have a problem with connecting to network at my workplace. I've been using Internet for a year now and I never had a problem. I am using Remote administrator to do some work from home. Since yesterday, I cannot manage to connect to the network at my workplace. A colleague told me that network firewall is probably blocking my access, because "it is its job to maintain safe network". What does that mean? |

| If you didn't install any new software at your home or work machines lately, I do not think that your problem is connected to Remote administrator. Much bigger possibility is that you have some virus or malware on your home machine. That might be the reason why your network firewall will not let you to connect to network. I think you should do a complete anti-virus check of your PC. To do that, obtain some new programs. For anti-spyware software, I would advise you to download and install SpyBot Search and Destroy. For anti-virus, I use AVG free. Both of those programs are freewares and very efficient. |
