Mail merging problem

I have made a postcard in Publisher and now I am attempting to mail merge it with Outlook contacts. It seems that I am doing something wrong because I can not merge all fields. Some fields like job title are not present in Outlook after mail merge. I am using Microsoft Office 2003 and Windows XP Professional with SP2 installed. Any suggestions?

Mail merge can be very tricky to even an experienced user. You need to write correctly every punctuation mark, empty space etc. It can cause a lot of troubles. Better approach is to do it by hand in Outlook. I can not offer you any other help unless you write down what you are trying to merge and what result you get.
