Hi there people. I am having bad times with the Microsoft Office word 2000. I think it is guilty for my computer freezes, I am not sure by the way, but I do think that I may be right. It all happened for the first time when I tried to send a particular fax template from my home to my office few days a go. If MS Word is guilty, where to look for the solution? Thanks in advance.

Hello mate. Take a look at this my friend. Microsoft Word uses one single file called normal.dot as a default startup template for every new document that you want to open. Search for that file and delete it. As it is template, it will be recreated every next time you start MS word. If that file template is somehow corrupted, you can expect the same results as they were already seen by your eyes.
