My firm uses Microsoft small business 2003 server last two weeks. We are thinking that this server helped us a lot, and its really good. But, we have a small problem: we cant see deleted mailbox item, when we try to use recover deleted items option. Our server has default settings. I dont know what the problem could be. Any suggestion?

Well, to do recover it you have to select folder from what the item was deleted. If you want to recover a deleted folder, first select parent folder from what the folder was deleted. If you are trying to recover items or folders 30 days after their deleting, then, unfortunately, I have to tell you that is not possible, because the retention time has elapsed. You can change this in the backup configuration wizard.
