| Hello! I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 and I have a problem. Actually, it is not problem: I just do not know how to export contacts partially. Namely, I need to export from my Outlook 2000 only business contacts, but when I try to export I get only option to export all of contacts I have. I probably make mistake somewhere and I hope you will tell me where. Thanks! |

| Hello! This is not complicate: open Outlook 2000, click on File menu and select Import and Export. Dialog box Import and Export will appear and you click once on Export to a file and click Next button; then choose Create a file of type and click Next button; then choose folder (Contacts) and, then click on Filter button. Filter dialog box will appear. There you will see Contact, More Choices and Advanced tabs. Check every tab and make filter for exporting. |
