Hello! I have serious troubles with My Microsoft Office Word. Somehow I am not able to open it. I have tried everything what I knew, but nothing worked. Administrator on my work told me something about Normal.dot file, but I did not understand him. Please, help me with this! Thank you very much!

Hello! That guy is right. You need to delete Normal.dot file and everything will be just fine. To do that, you will need to show hidden files and folders: click on Start; then click on My Computer; then click on Tools, then click on Folder Options, then click on View, then click on Show hidden files and folders and, at the end, OK button. After that click on C:, open Documents and Settings, open your user name, then open Microsoft, then open Templates and there delete Normal.dot. Next time when you open MS Word it will work perfectly!
