| Hello! I have very strange problem with MSN Messenger 6.2 and Logitech Quickcam Messenger Webcams. When I go to video conference and start chat, after some time my webcam just locks up and I need to reboot my Windows XP. I have tried to solve this problem with reinstalling MSN Messenger 6.2, MSN Plus and Logitech Quickcam Messenger Webcams. |

| Hello! Cause of your problem is MSN Plus. MSN Plus should improve your MSN Messenger 6.2, but from some reason it just does not work always properly. I have same problem as you and I have contacted technical support, but they did not solve my problem. At the end, tech guy told me to uninstall MSN Plus and when I did that, my problem just disappeared. |
