Hello. I am not allowed here to use instant messaging software (who knows why but this is a policy). I have heard about some web based solutions I can use like MSN Web Messenger. Is this a true and would I be able to us it without the problem when you consider restrictions applied here. Thank you in advance.

Hello. MSN Web Messenger exists and I think you will be able to use it no matter restrictions applied. Naturally, you will have to use Internet Explorer and to disable any pop up blocker you have for this web site to function. You have to be careful, though. Sometimes restrictions mean that certain ports or services are blocked and not only forbidden installation of different software. I hope you will think it twice and make a good decision.
