MSN Messenger shuts down with an error

Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and I have a problem with my MSN Messenger. MSN Messenger shuts down with an error. This error is saying something about missed DLL file. Please, tell me what to do to solve this problem. Thank you very much!

Hello! Well, as your error message saying, MSN Messenger program not working because you are missing needed DLL. Only you need to do is to download that missing DLL and to install it. You can find all DLLs over the internet. Only you need to do is to enter in some search engine name of this DLL and to download it.
