MSN Messenger and Internet Problems

Hello! I use MSN Messenger and I have not any problems with it since installing Zone Alarm Pro firewall. Since then I cannot connect with MSN Messenger to the internet. I am afraid that it is because my Messenger is infected with some malware, but I have scanned system and I have not found anything. Help!

Hello! Do not worry, because according your programs your system is clear. You cannot connect internet because Zone Alarm Pro blocked your MSN Messenger. To unblock it do following: open Zone Alarm pro; then delete it from list programs (right click on Msnmsgr.exe click remove). After this, click on Add button, click on Browse button and pick MSN Messenger and add it to the list. After this action you will be able to connect internet.
