First of all, you might want to check your pc card slot – something might be wrong with it. If that’s not the issue and you want more help you need to provide us more info. First of all model of the laptop, modem, router and of course card. Also, try doing the following with the card connected to the router: Start, Run, CMD to open a DOS window and there type: IPCONFIG /ALL >C:\RESULT.TXT.You should now open that text file and copy/paste the entire results here.
