| Hello1 few months ago I have purchased Nero. I had some troubles with my windows XP, so I have to format hard drive and install again my operating system. After that, naturally, I had to install all needed programs. I have a problem only with Nero, because I have lost serial number. I cannot find it. What to do? |

| Hello! I hope that you have registered your Nero, because if you done that you can contact technical support and explain them what has happened and they will find information about your registration in their data base. But, if you did not register it, then you really have a problem and I think that you will need to purchase another one. |
