| I use internet almost every day. Since few months ago, I could not defend from different sorts of viruses. I even reinstalled XP several times but it did not help for any longer. A day or two on the Internet and I am deep in problems again. From the Internet sphere, I am mostly using e-mails. That is why I think to replace Outlook express with Outlook. What are the differences between those softwares? I've heard that Outlook have some calendars problems and I am looking for decent calendar software. |

| Outlook and Outlook express have been made for the same purposes but they are completely different. Microsoft Outlook is an aggregated part of Microsoft Office and it is much more complicated from Outlook Express, which is an aggregated part of Windows. It does not have any bigger advantage for normal overage user. I think you should stick with Outlook express and you just should get some good anti-virus protection. I will recommend you a combination of SpyBot and AVG. Those programs should be the best combination for that. Both programs are freewares, and they are very efficient. The best proof for that is that I am also on the Internet every day, I am using Outlook express and I don't have any problems. |
