| Hello. I have ASUS motherboard with 6 USB 2.0 ports, integrated on the motherboard. But, it seems that none of those ports is capable of booting the USB flash drive. I heard that I can update the BIOS, which can allow me to perform this action, but I don’t know where and how to find the proper BIOS file for my motherboard. Well, is this true and difficult to do? Thanks in advance. |

| Hi there. Well, regarding ASUS motherboards, it is more easier to update them, than any other brand. Put your ASUS motherboard CD in the drive and install ASUS online update. Start the program after the installation is complete, and just let the program do everything else for you. You will be prompted to reboot the machine after, which makes sense, because you must go inside your new BIOS, and configure all new settings. |
