| Are there available Linux distributions for MAC computers? I have the iMac, but I really like the various Linux operating systems. The buddy of mine has a Linux installed on his PC. I have tried it several times, and I like the Linux very much. Can I install the Linux on my MAC computer? I dont know how the operating system is installed, so I will call my friend to do that. But, before I call him, I need to know if it is possible. |

| Why do you need Linux on your iMac? The Mac OS X is just the best operating system on the planet. It is fast, cool looking, very responsive, and most of all, unreadable stable. I have a MAC computer for several years, and I never had any problem with it. The Linux is good for the PC, but not for MAC. If you really want to have the Linux, buy a PC and install it. There is no sense to have a Linux on iMac. |
