I am having serious connectivity problems with Linksys router. Two computers are connected to this router with Cat5 cable and both have same issues. Computers are losing connection without any apparent reason. Connection loss occurs in irregular intervals. Sometimes I am connected for hours without problems and sometimes connection drops few times in one hour. After this I have to reset modem to be able to establish connection again. Do you have some advice about this?

It looks like your router is malfunction. Before you return it to a reseller try to update firmware. Check on Linksys web site if they have released new firmware and update router firmware if there is newer one on their web site. Updating firmware can sometimes solve router connectivity problems. If this does not help then buy new router.
