| As strange as it may seem, this looks like file association problem. Open My computer click on View Folder Options and go to File types. Find URL: Hypertext Transfer Protocols entry and make sure that Internet explorer is in action box. Do the same thing for URL: Gopher entry. After this open command prompt and register following files: Urlmon.dll, Shdocvw.dll, Shell32.dll, Oleaut32.dll, Actxprxy.dll and Mshtml.dll. In the case you do not know you can register dlls with regsvr32 [dll name] command. Register these files one by one. |
