Hello! I have installed uTorrent peer to peer software for downloading. But, when I download something with uTorrent, I am not able to use internet normally. So, my friend told me that I need to limit upload speed if I want to surf internet during downloading. I hope you will be able to help me with this.

Hello! This is not a problem at all. Only you need to o is following; click on content you are downloading; then right click. After you do this, click properties and Torrent Properties dialog box will appear. You will see boxes for download and upload with 0 values, just change values (limit them) and you will be able to surf internet normally.
