| Hi there. I would try several things if I was you. First, make DHCP active, or remove the IP addresses from both of machines and try to use your connection with automatic addresses. Try with changing your workgroup name, put the default workgroup MS HOME. Try with reinstalling the drivers for LAN cards. The most important is DHCP. If you have dynamic IP address, than that will do. The only lack of autoconfig is that you cannot use your messaging subsystem, but that is not a big deal. Let us know what you did. |
